Return, Exchange & Refund

United States ONLY:

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused items within 30 DAYS of DELIVERY for a full refund. In the case where the return or exchange is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item delivered or defective), we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, and no reimbursement or refund is provided for the original shipping charges. Please note that any product that is returned must be in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Upon receipt of the item and a complete inspection, a refund will be processed.

We are NOT responsible for product returns lost in transit. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for that matter.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund or exchange has been received and processed. It may take up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.  Any further questions can be directed to us at info@eganics.us or (714) 852-3473 to speak with a customer representative.  When calling, please have your order number readily available.

Shipped orders that go unclaimed, or are refused at time of delivery, or are returned undeliverable, will be subjected to original shipping charges incurred, plus return charges.

International Orders:

All prices are shown in USD.

All international orders are non-returnable, and/or refundable. In the case where your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and retain the damaged products, original shipping box, and packaging materials. Import taxes, custom duties, and any required applicable fees are the responsibilities of the purchaser/recipient, once the shipment reaches the destination country. We strongly advise that you contact your local custom office for information.   ​
